About Awards Picks

AwardsPicks is a web site that enables users to engage in competitions based on their picks for various awards shows, such as the Oscars, Emmy's Grammy's, etc.

Basically, you get a group of friends, family, or co-workers together. One person is the designated group leader and invites others. The group leader determines the scoring system. Each person then makes their (for example) Oscar picks, and you get points for each pick you make correct. Usually the point system is weighted so you get more points for picking Best Picture correctly than Best Art Direction. Whoever has the most points after the Oscars are over, wins the group.

As the premier destination for Awards Show competitions, plans to host entertainment games centered around the Grammy's, Emmy's, Golden Globes, and other awards shows.

AwardsPicks is the only site with customizable scoring systems for awards games. We are completely independent and not affiliated with any company that organizes awards shows.

AwardsPicks is not a gambling site. It simply enables individuals to compare their picks for awards shows, much in the same way that other sites might run fantasy sports leagues or NCAA Tournament pick 'em competitions.
